Mr Rawlins is a Jersey resident and is a group partner of Hatstone Group Partnership, a partnership affiliated with Hatstone Lawyers. He is a recognised expert in corporate and investment fund law in Jersey. He commenced his legal career at Linklaters LLP, and also worked as an in-house legal counsel for Arup, a global planning, design and engineering consultancy. His career has since included being a group partner of both Jersey and Cayman Islands law firms, providing advice and counsel to clients in the investment fund sector and capital markets and as a non-executive director to family office and investment structures.

Mr Rawlins is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, has a BA Honours degree in Natural Sciences (Theoretical Physics) from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, and is a member of the Jersey branch of the Institute of Directors, the Jersey Association of Directors and Officers and the Jersey Association of Trust Companies.

Mr Rawlins was appointed as a Director on 1 May 2020.
