Overview

The Company was incorporated and registered in Jersey, Channel Islands. It joined AIM and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange on the 6th of March 2007. On 20 October 2014 the listing of the Company’s Ordinary Shares on the CISE was cancelled. On 4 August 2022 the trading and listing of the Ordinary Shares on AIM was cancelled.

The Company’s main country of operation is Jersey, Channel Islands.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the investment decisions of the Company and has appointed Robert Rickman to manage and oversee the realisation of the Company’s timber assets. This appointment was approved by a unanimous vote of shareholders on 16th October 2014.
